Privacy and cookies

The website made2fitmobler.no is run by KAIZEN sp. z o.o., which makes and sells the furniture shown on this website. This page explains what information we process about you, why, and how you stay in control of it.

When you send the form

The form asks for your name and phone number. E-mail, type of venue, approximate size and a message are optional. We also store which page you sent the form from and that you agreed to be contacted.

We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent in the form and your request for a quote before any contract. The enquiry is stored in Airtable, an American service we use as our customer register, and we receive a notification by e-mail. We do not sell the information or share it with anyone else.

To stop automated submissions, the server counts how many forms are sent from the same address within 15 minutes. The IP address itself is not stored. The server keeps only a cryptographic checksum of it, which cannot be turned back into the address.

If no order follows, we delete the enquiry no later than three years after our last contact. If there is an order, we keep the information for as long as accounting rules require.

Google Analytics

We would like to know which pages are read and how visitors find their way. For that we use Google Analytics 4, but only if you click «Accept» in the banner at the bottom of the page.

Before you choose, and if you click «Decline», the website does not load Google Analytics at all. No information is sent to Google and no cookies are stored.

If you accept, Google Analytics stores two cookies in your browser: _ga and ga followed by a number. They tell one visit from another and last for up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and advertising signals are switched off.

We record these events: a page being viewed, a form being sent, and a click on the phone number or the e-mail address.

How to change your choice

At the bottom of every page there is a link called «Cookie settings». There you can accept or decline again. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies and reload the page without them.

We keep your choice in the browser’s local storage under the name m2f-samtykke, so the banner does not come back on every page. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. After six months we ask again.

Other things this website does not do

Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server. We do not use a Facebook pixel, advertising networks or tools that record your screen.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is processed. Write to [email protected].

If you believe we process your information in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
